Anyone who grapples with all the burdensome climate facts, also ends up in all kinds of stressful thoughts, feelings, questions of meaning … Therefore, we have put together a few links of people whose spiritual-psychological approach can be helpful – even for those who do not choose one belong to a religion. We introduce Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and a wonderful talk by Thay Phap Luu, a monk from Plum Village who talks about how to address fears about the climate crisis. On another page we have a longer excerpt of this talk.
Other contributions will follow: on climate justice and on dealing with racism, which is likely to increase in connection with the climate crisis, the greater the instability in society becomes. And we want to collect creative solutions that give us the courage and perhaps also inspire us to take our own new steps.
